Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of improving a nursing operation. The nurse operation assistance terminal is provided with: a presentation unit which presents, to a nurse at the site of treatment and in sequence, necessary items of treatment to be performed with respect to a patient; and an input unit into which a response speech the nurse has uttered in response to the presented necessary items is input, and which outputs a response speech signal indicating the response speech as an input value. A recording device is provided with: a nursing necessity degree table for recoding a nursing necessity degree; a speech identification means which identifies the input value of the response speech signal as an identification result comprising text data; and a recording unit which automatically records the identification result in a corresponding predetermined field in the nursing necessary degree table.
