Abstract: An assessment support system includes: an assessment prediction unit that predicts, based on patient information about a target patient who is a creation target for an assessment in a nursing record, an assessment vector obtained by vectorizing the assessment of the target patient, as a prediction assessment vector; a degree-of-similarity calculation unit that calculates a degree of similarity of the assessment vector to the prediction assessment vector, based on a relationship between the predicted prediction assessment vector and the assessment vector of a patient having the assessment recorded in the nursing record; and a search unit that searches for and outputs at least one similar patient who is similar to the target patient, based on the degree of similarity.

Abstract: The decision apparatus according to one example embodiment of the present disclosure includes at least one memory configured to store an instruction, and at least one processor configured to execute the instruction. The processor executes the instruction, and thereby calculates a degree of necessity of generation of a document relating to a decision target person, by inputting state information of the decision target person with respect to a learning model being learned by using learning data including state information of a person and information indicating whether generation of the document relating to the person is necessary or unnecessary, and decides whether to output an alert related to document generation of the decision target person, by using the calculated degree of necessity and information indicating whether the document is actually generated for the decision target person.

Abstract: The assessment evaluation device 1X mainly includes a described word vector generation means 17X, an ideal word vector generation means 15X, and an evaluation means 18X. The described word vector generation means 17X generates, based on a nursing assessment of a target patient whose nursing records are to be prepared, a described word vector which is a word vector obtained by vectorizing whether or not each of predetermined candidate words is described in the nursing assessment. The ideal word vector generation means 15X generates an ideal word vector that is an ideal of the word vector based on a patient condition of the target patient. The evaluation means 18X determines an evaluation of the nursing assessment based on the described word vector and the ideal word vector. It can be used to support user's decision making.
