Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit that acquires work information associated with a content of work and a point in time at which the work was performed, and emotion information that records an emotion of a person who performed the work for each point in time, and a generation unit that generates aptitude information indicating an aptitude for the work for each person by associating the work information and the emotion information using a point in time.
