Abstract: A cushion pan for a seat cushion is formed from a metal sheet and the cushion pan includes: an outer frame section that is formed in a frame shape in a seat plan view, a pair of mutually opposing sides of the outer frame section each including a horizontal portion with a respective thickness direction along a seat up-down direction; a pair of side plate portions that extend toward one side in the seat up-down direction from facing end portions of the pair of horizontal portions; and a plate spring portion having a flat plate shape bridging between ends of the pair of side plate portions on an opposite side of the side plate portions from the pair of horizontal portions.

Abstract: Forward tilting of a seat back and pushing of the seat forward allow fixation between an upper slide and an upper slide rail to be released, thereby allowing the upper slide to reach a tip end position of the upper slide rail. With this structure, a lower lock mechanism releases fixation of a lower slide to a lower slide rail and a vertical slide lock mechanism fixes the upper slide and the lower slide. Further, pushing the seat back toward a seat front side allows the lower slide integrally provided with the upper slide to move to a tip end position of the lower slide rail.
