摘要: A motor includes a stator including wound multiphase coils and stator slots that accommodate the multiphase coils, and a rotor provided at an inner side of the stator. Poles are provided in a direction of rotation, and sets of flux barriers are provided on the rotor, each of the poles respectively corresponding to a set of the flux barriers. A ratio between a total number of the stator slots and a product of a total number of poles of the rotor and a phase number of the multiphase coils is a non-integer. With the structure of the motor, a torque ripple is reduced while an output torque is kept unchanged.

摘要: A rotor includes a stack of electromagnetic steel plates each including through-hole groups with through-holes extending through the respective electromagnetic steel plates. In each of the through-hole groups, at least one of the through-holes accommodates a magnet and at least a portion of the through-holes that does not accommodate any magnet is filled with an electrically conductive material. When the rotor is seen axially, at two circumferential sides of a magnetic flux passage that is adjacent to the magnet, a width of the magnetic flux passage adjacent a first side of the magnet is larger than a width of the magnetic flux passage near a second side of the magnet.

The through-holes are arranged in the radial direction. Among the through-holes, a radius of curvature of an arcuate radially inner side surface of the radially innermost through-hole is the smallest, and/or a radius of curvature of an arcuate radially outer side surface of the radially outermost through-hole is the largest.

A central axis of a magnetic pole of the rotor is used as a d axis, and an axis that is 45 degrees from the d axis is used as a q axis, where an outer peripheral surface of the rotor that is between the d axis and the q axis is recessed radially inward relative to an outer peripheral surface of another portion of the rotor, so that the rotor is noncircular when observed in an axial direction.

摘要: An embodiment of the present invention provides a rotor and a motor having the rotor. By providing a plurality of flux barrier groups and slot groups at intervals in a circumferential direction of the rotor iron core, it is possible to flexibly arrange the numbers of the flux barrier groups and the slot groups so as to meet the requirements for the number of poles of different products. In addition, by flexibly adjusting the quantity ratio between the flux barrier groups and the slot groups and/or the quantity relationship between the flux barriers in the flux barrier group and the slots in the slot group, it is possible to meet the requirements for motor efficiency and starting capacity of different products. Further, since the processing jig of the rotor only requires processing of the structures of the flux barriers and the slots, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
