摘要: A rotor includes a stack of electromagnetic steel plates each including through-hole groups with through-holes extending through the respective electromagnetic steel plates. In each of the through-hole groups, at least one of the through-holes accommodates a magnet and at least a portion of the through-holes that does not accommodate any magnet is filled with an electrically conductive material. When the rotor is seen axially, at two circumferential sides of a magnetic flux passage that is adjacent to the magnet, a width of the magnetic flux passage adjacent a first side of the magnet is larger than a width of the magnetic flux passage near a second side of the magnet.

摘要: An electric motor with double stators includes a first stator, a first stator and a rotor assembly. The rotor assembly is located between the first stator and the second stator in a radial direction. The rotor assembly includes a rotor body, a plurality of first rotor slots, a plurality of second rotor slots, a plurality of first magnets, and a plurality of second magnets. A first air gap is formed between the rotor body and the first stator, and a second air gap is formed between the rotor body and the second stator. The material of the first magnets is different to the material of the second magnets, and any position of the first magnets is different to any position of the second magnets.

摘要: A rotor includes a cylindrical core main body having a columnar space on a rotation center side. A plurality of magnet accommodating hole pair penetrates the core main body in an axial direction and includes a pair of magnets accommodating holes arranged in a V shape so as to be separated from each other toward one side of the core main body which is a stator side in a radial direction. A plurality of permanent magnets is fixed in the respective magnet accommodating holes. 摘要: A rotor structure, an electric motor structure and a clothing treating device are provided. The rotor structure includes a rotor iron core, a permanent magnet and a magnetic barrier. The rotor iron core includes rotor punching sheets arranged in a stacked manner. Permanent magnet slots are provided in the rotor iron core and the permanent magnet is disposed in the permanent magnet slots. The rotor structure rotates in one direction or two directions in a circumferential direction. In the rotation direction of the rotor structure, the magnetic barrier is provided on at least one side of the permanent magnet slot, and two ends of the magnetic barrier face an outer edge of the permanent magnet and an outer edge of the rotor iron core, respectively. The magnetic barrier is provided on a first punching sheet or a second punching sheet of the rotor punching sheets.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for reducing the electromagnetic vibration of a fractional slot concentrated winding (FSCW) permanent magnet (PM) motor, which provides a guidance for the low vibration design of FSCW PM motor. The implementation of the method includes: Based on Nyquist Shannon sampling theorem, the modulation effect of electromagnetic force in the air gap is obtained, and the electromagnetic force component that contributes the most to the electromagnetic vibration of the FSCW PM motor is determined. The equivalent analytical model of PM flux density is established to obtain the phase relationship between different flux density harmonics. According to Maxwell stress equation, the internal relationship between each order of flux density harmonics and electromagnetic force harmonics is obtained. A new magnet structure of the PM motor is designed, and specific flux density harmonics are injected to reduce the electromagnetic force and electromagnetic vibration of the FSCW PM motor.
