摘要: Provided is a flame-retardant electrolytic capacitor which is capable of maintaining flame-retardant effect even after a prolonged period of time. This is an electrolytic capacitor comprising an anode foil that is provided with an oxide film on the surface, a cathode foil, a separator, and an electrolytic solution that contains a solute in a solvent, wherein a phosphoric acid ester amide represented by the following general formula (1) is contained in the electrolytic solution: in which n is 1 or 2, and R1 and R2 each independently represent a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and Rf represents a linear or branched fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms).

摘要: A gel electrolytic capacitor that can further improve withstand voltage is provided. The gel electrolytic capacitor includes: an anode foil; a cathode foil; and a gel electrolyte disposed between the anode foil and the cathode foil. The gel electrolyte consists of a polymer having three-dimensional (3D) network structure and an electrolyte solution held in said polymer. The polymer is formed by polymerizing 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate or methacrylic acid. The electrolyte solution includes amines or quaternary cyclic amidinium.

摘要: A high voltage proof solid electrolytic capacitor that can prevent deterioration of voltage proof property due to lead-free reflow etc. and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A capacitor element having an anode and cathode electrode foils wound via a separator is impregnated with a dispersion comprising conductive polymer particles or powder and a solvent to form a solid electrolyte layer consisting of a conductive polymer, and the voids inside the capacitor element having the solid electrolyte layer formed are filled with an ion-conducting substance comprising a mixed solvent comprising ethylene glycol and γ-butyrolactone together with a solute selected from at least one type of an ammonium salt, a quaternary ammonium salt, a quaternized amidinium salt, and an amine salt of an organic acid, an inorganic acid, and a composite compound between organic acid and inorganic acids to obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor.

摘要: Disclosed are an aluminum electrolytic capacitor having low impedance properties and a long service life, and an electrolytic solution which enables to give such capacitor. The electrolytic solution contains a solvent containing water, a phosphorus oxoacid ion-generating compound which can generate a phosphorus oxoacid ion in an aqueous solution, and a chelating agent which can coordinate with aluminum to form an aqueous aluminum chelate complex. The electrolytic solution further contains a compound selected from the group consisting of azelaic acid and an azelaic acid salt, and a compound selected from the group consisting of formic acid, a formic acid salt, adipic acid, an adipic acid salt, glutaric acid and a glutaric acid salt. The content of azelaic acid and/or the azelaic acid salt is at least 0.03 moles per kg of the solvent. When the electrolytic solution is used in an electrolytic capacitor which utilizes an anode having an aluminum oxide film containing phosphorus in an amount of 30 to 150 mg per unit CV product in terms of phosphoric acid, the service life of the capacitor is remarkably prolonged.
