摘要: A formed body having a layer of a resin composition constituted by a thermoplastic resin and a barrier resin, wherein the layer of the resin composition forms, in a matrix of the thermoplastic resin, a layer structure in which the barrier resin is dispersed in the form of a lamellar dispersion phase stretching in one direction; and the ratio (a)/(b) of an aspect ratio (a) of the dispersion phase of the barrier resin near the surfaces of the layer and an aspect ratio (b) of the dispersion phase of the barrier resin in the central portion in the direction of thickness of the layer, is not more than 2.0. The formed body has the layer of the resin composition constituted by the thermoplastic resin and the barrier resin, and has a dispersion structure capable of exhibiting excellent barrier property despite of the single layer.

摘要: An oxygen-shielding container lid according to the present invention comprises a high density polyethylene cap shell 1 having a skirt section 7 and a top plate section 5 provided with an inner ring 9 for intimate contact with an inner surface of a container mouth; and an in-shell molded body 3 provided in a portion of an inner surface of the top plate section which is surrounded with the inner ring 9. The in-shell molded body 3 is composed of a primary molded body 3a which has been formed by in-shell molding on the inner surface of the top plate section and which has an oxygen shielding function; and a secondary molded body 3b which has been formed on the primary molded body 3a by in-shell molding so as to cover the primary molded body 3a and to be fused and fixed to the inner surface of the top plate section at the peripheral edge of the primary molded body. A resin composition used for formation of the secondary molded body 3b contains linear low density polyethylene, and has a melt flow rate at 190° C. of 1 to 10 g/10 minutes, a density of 0.900 to 0.920 g/cm3, and a nominal tensile strain at break, as defined by JIS K-6922-2, of 400% or more.

摘要: The present invention relates to a metal cap that has an adhesive inner surface coating film and a masking layer that can be formed in the same step thereby exhibiting excellent productivity, and a method for manufacturing the same. A coating film of a coating composition containing an adhesive component in a base resin and a masking agent is formed between the top plate portion inner surface of the metal cap shell and the olefin resin liner. The coating film has an adhesive portion that is adhesive to the olefin resin liner and a non-adhesive portion that is non-adhesive or weakly adhesive to the olefin resin liner. The adhesive portion of the coating film is formed by positioning the adhesive component of the coating composition on the coating film surface. The non-adhesive portion of the coating film has the masking layer of the masking agent at a side facing the metal cap shell, such that a sea-island structure is formed on the coating film surface corresponding to the masking layer, in which the adhesive component of the coating composition is a dispersion phase and the base resin is a continuous phase.
