Abstract: An object is to provide a chlorinated polyolefin resin that has excellent solution stability and excellent adhesion to polyolefin substrates including a polyethylene substrate. The chlorinated polyolefin resin is a chlorinated product of a copolymer having a structural unit derived from ethylene, in which a content ratio of the ethylene structural unit in the copolymer is 50 mol % to 90 mol %.
