    摘要: The present invention aims to provide a resin having an excellent solubility to alcohols, an excellent adherability to nonpolar base materials such as polyolefin, and not containing chlorine; and to provide a resin composition containing a urethane resin, not having the elimination problem of hydrochloric acid caused by external factors, having a good compatibility with a variety of components containing urethane resins, and having a good adherability to a variety of base materials, so that the resin composition can suitably be used as an ink, an adhesive, and paint. The present invention provides a block copolymer comprising a polymer block (A) mainly comprising olefin monomers and a polymer block (B) comprising vinyl monomers having hydroxy groups and other vinyl monomers copolymerizable with the vinyl monomers having hydroxy groups, in which a hydroxy value is within a range of 5 mg KOH/g to 120 mg KOH/g; a dispersion thereof; a resin composition containing the block copolymer and a urethane resin; and uses thereof.

    摘要: An object is to provide a resin composition having excellent performance as a binder such as adhesiveness and, at the same time, retaining solution properties favorably even after a solution is stored for a long period of time. A modified polyolefin resin composition includes a modified polyolefin resin (C), in which the modified polyolefin resin (C) is a resin made by modifying a polymer (A) that is a polymer (a) of a polyolefin resin or a chlorinated polyolefin resin and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative having a structure derived from at least one carboxy group or a chlorinated product (b) thereof with a modification component including an alcohol (B); and a residual ratio of the structure derived from at least one carboxy group in the modified polyolefin resin (C) is 50% or more and 80% or less.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a modified polyolefin resin composition having a high polyethylene content and exhibiting a good balance between a low-temperature stability and an adhesion to a polyethylene substrate and a metal. The present invention provides a modified polyolefin resin that is a graft-modified product in which a component (A) that is a polyolefin resin having an ethylene structural unit content of 50% or more by mole is modified with a component (B) that is an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof and a component (C) that is a (meth)acrylate ester represented by the following general formula (I), and an extrapolated melting end temperature (Tem) of the modified polyolefin resin measured in accordance with JIS K7121-1987 using a differential scanning calorimeter at a temperature raising rate of 10° C./minute is 58° C. or lower.

    摘要: The present invention provides a modified polyolefin resin composition including a modified polyolefin resin (X) formed by modifying an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A) with a modification component comprising an alcohol (B), in which the modified polyolefin resin composition satisfies the following (I) to (III) and also provides applications of the modified polyolefin resin composition.
    (I) The resin (A) is a resin formed by modifying a polyolefin (a) with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and a derivative (b) of the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid having a structure (b1) derived from at least one carboxy group.
    (II) A residual ratio of the structure (b1) in the resin (X) is more than 0% to 50% or less.
    (III) A content of the alcohol in the composition is 1.0 mol to 5.0 mol relative to 1.0 mol of the structure (b1) that the resin (A) has.

Such a chlorinated polyolefin resin may be a chlorinated polyolefin resin having an amount of chlorine of 1% by weight to 45% by weight obtained by chlorinating a raw material composition in the absence of an organic solvent, wherein the raw material composition includes at least a polyolefin A or an acid-modified product thereof which has fluidity at 40° C. or less and a polyolefin B or an acid-modified product thereof which has a melting point of more than 40° C. and 150° C. or less.
