Abstract: A truck bracket assembly including a first bracket and a second bracket. The first bracket is provided to mount a sports bar to a side panel of a vehicle truck bed. The first bracket has a panel facing surface that faces the side panel. The second bracket has a first portion supported to the panel facing surface of the first bracket. The second bracket has a second portion that extends cantilevered with respect to the first portion.
