摘要： An optical connector cleaner comprising a supply reel, a take-up reel, a case, an operation lever, a take-up mechanism, and a holding member. The supply reel stores a cleaning cloth member having one end side wounded thereon. The take-up reel takes up the other end side of the cleaning cloth member. The case has a connector connection portion on which the cleaning cloth member is exposed. The operation lever that has an operation portion projecting from the case and is swingably supported. The take-up mechanism rotates the take-up reel in a take-up direction by a predetermined angle when the operation lever swings. The holding member holds an optical connector on the connector connection portion in a state in which a coupling face of the optical connector is pressed against the cleaning cloth member exposed to the connector connection portion.

摘要： An optical connector cleaning tool includes a cylindrical connecting portion to which an optical connector is connected, a cleaning unit configured to guide a cleaning thread to a coupling end face of an optical connector plug, and an optical unit having an optical path reaching the optical connector plug. The optical unit includes a lens arranged in a position facing the coupling end face to form one end portion of an optical system, and having a missing portion extending in an optical-axis direction, and an image sensor positioned at the other end of the optical system. The cleaning unit includes a rod-like cleaning tip having a thread passage through which the cleaning thread passes. The cleaning tip is inserted into a hollow portion of the lens having the missing portion extending in the optical-axis direction, such that the cleaning tip is movable in a longitudinal direction thereof.

摘要： An optical connector cleaning tool includes a supply reel (11) having a belt-like cleaning cloth (3), and a winding bobbin (12) for winding the cleaning cloth (3). The optical connector cleaning tool also includes a housing (7) which rotatably supports the supply reel (11) and winding bobbin (12), a cleaning head (13) which comes in contact with the cleaning cloth (3), and a pressing member (5) which supports the cleaning head (13) and moves in a longitudinal direction with respect to the housing (7). The optical connector cleaning tool further includes a slide spring (53) which biases the pressing member (5) forward, and a transmission mechanism (33) which transmits an action of the pressing member (5) to the winding bobbin (12). The transmission mechanism (33) includes a rack (32) on the side of the pressing member (5), and a pinion on the side of the winding bobbin (12). When the pressing member (5) retreats with respect to the housing (7), the transmission mechanism (33) rotates the winding bobbin (12) in a winding direction so as to feed the cleaning cloth (3). This optical connector cleaning tool can easily clean an optical connector plug while achieving downsizing by using a simple structure.

摘要： An optical connector cleaning tool includes a cleaning head that faces the lens (cleaning target portion) of an optical connector, and a cleaning cloth (3) that moves with respect to the cleaning head in a state in which the cleaning cloth is in contact with the lens. The cleaning cloth (3) is formed into a strip shape by a fabric (25) including a plurality of warps (28) in which a longitudinal direction thereof is a moving direction of the cleaning cloth moving with respect to the cleaning head. The warp (28) includes a first chemical fiber (31) and a second chemical fiber (32). One chemical fiber of the first chemical fiber (31) and the second chemical fiber (32) is in a stretched state, and the other chemical fiber is in a slack state. It is possible to provide an optical connector cleaning tool capable of cleaning a lens-type optical connector.
