摘要： A determination device according to one aspect of the present invention includes an acquisition unit configured to acquire credit information on creditability of a merchant store; a storage unit configured to store one or more determination conditions for determining whether it is possible to approve the merchant store as a creditable merchant store suitable for conducting transactions on credit; and a determination unit configured to determine whether the credit information acquired by the acquisition unit satisfies the determination condition stored in the storage unit.
