摘要： A processed ginseng product with enhanced pharmacological effects is provided due to a heat-treatment at a high temperature of 120.degree. to 180.degree. C. for 0.5 to 20 hours so as to make a ratio of ginsenoside (Rg.sub.3 +Rg.sub.5) to (Rc+Rd+Rb.sub.1 +Rb.sub.2) above 1.0.
