摘要： For miniaturizing a power supply structure to absorb slack of a wire harness and improving bending durability, a continuous electric power supply device 1 includes a wire harness 3 formed to have a loop portion 4, an elastic member 6 along the loop portion 4, the elastic member energizing the loop portion to expand in a radial direction. The loop portion 4 and the elastic member 6 are disposed in a protector 2. The protector has a opening 13 for leading the harness and a guide portion 7 for supporting the loop portion 4 at a position opposite to the opening 13. The elastic member, flat spring 6 can have a length forming a loop shape to intersect itself.

摘要： The present invention is to provide an electric supply apparatus having a small size protector and being long lifetime. The electric supply apparatus having a wiring harness includes a protector; an annular wall disposed inside the protector, the wiring harness being bent freely along the annular wall; a leaf spring arranged around the annular wall, the leaf spring being fixed to the annular wall at a base end; and a spring holder disposed at a front end of the leaf spring for holding the wiring harness at a loop forming portion thereof. The spring holder is bent at a middle portion thereof with an angle in a direction of tangent of the annular wall. The spring holder fastens protective tubes of the wiring harness. The spring holder fastens end portions of a corrugated tube and a net tube which form the protective tube, and the net tube is disposed along the leaf spring.

An electric supply apparatus having a wiring harness includes a protector, a leaf spring disposed in the protector and a spring holder fixed to the leaf spring, wherein the spring holder holds one end portion of a flexible protective member of the wiring harness and one end portion of a rigid protective member of the wiring harness, and wherein the flexible protective member is disposed along the leaf spring and the rigid protective member is arranged from the spring holder to an opening for leading out the wiring harness. The flexible protective member has an insertion member at the one end portion, the insertion member is resin-molded with the flexible protective member and fixed to one side portion of the spring holder. The spring holder has protrusions penetrating into the flexible protective member and engaging with grooves of the rigid protective member.

摘要： The present invention is to prevent twisting of a wiring harness when it is assembled to a vehicle. A wiring harness fastening device for an electric supply line of a sliding door includes a rotational portion having a spherical shape for fastening the wiring harness and a case having a spherical receiving space for rotatably holding the rotational portion, wherein the rotational portion has a protrusion at an outer surface thereof, wherein the receiving space has a rib, and wherein the protrusion abuts to the rib when the wiring harness is twisted. The rotational portion has a circular-shaped rib intersecting with the rib for holding the rotational portion slidably. The case has a wiring harness guide wall with a curved shape to lead out the wiring harness. The wiring harness abuts the wiring harness guide wall prior to the protrusion abuts the rib.
