摘要： This invention features a method of delivering information over one or more information delivery networks, the method including: monitoring the actions of a user on the one or more networks to obtain observed user data relating to a desired behavior modification; obtaining user supplied data relating to the desired behavior modification; evaluating the observed user data and the use supplied data to generate tailored information for progressing a user towards the desired behavior modification; presenting the tailored information to the user over at least one of the networks; and repeating steps a), b), c) and d) until the desired behavior modification is achieved. The user is continually provided with re-tailored information resulting from an iterative process of obtaining and evaluating data that progresses the user towards a desired behavior modification. The desired behavior modification can be, for example, the cessation of smoking.

摘要： A system and method for portable compatibility determination includes a service computer configured to handle compatibility requests from mobile users. The service computer includes a messaging system configured to receive a request from a sender, decipher identifying information from the request for the sender and a subject person, and reply with a report to at least the sender. A matching engine is configured to associate a profile of the sender with available information to determine a compatibility measurement between the sender and the subject person. A report generator is configured to format the report based upon the compatibility measurement.

摘要： A system and method for discovering and displaying the compatibility between users of a search service is presented. The searching user registers with the search service and installs a web browser toolbar or component. The searching user browses web pages, and the toolbar searches each web page for identifying information. The toolbar then transmits the identifying information to a search server, which compares the identifying information with listed identifying information for other registered users. Upon finding one or more registered users corresponding to the identifying information, the search server then determines the compatibility between the searching user and each identified registered user, sending the compatibility reports back to the toolbar. The toolbar displays the compatibility reports to the searching user in the browser.
