    摘要: The invention relates to a method for checking ECG signals measured by an ECG measuring device having at least three electrodes for the presence of interference errors. At least three voltages are measured on a closed circulation path across the electrodes of the ECG measuring device. A monitoring value is calculated from the three measured voltages. A presence of an error is checked by determining a deviation of the monitoring value from a reference value. An error signal is outputted if an error is presented. The ECG measuring device has a further processing unit for processing voltage signals between a different pair of electrodes and a monitoring unit for calculating the monitoring value.

An ECG signal data record is measured with the reference point of the ECG measuring apparatus located at a second position in the magnetic resonance device. A modified correction data record is specified as a function of the first correction data record and the first and second position of the reference point. The ECG signal data record is corrected based on the modified correction data record.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for synchronizing a magnetic resonance unit with the cardiac rhythm of a patient, comprising a number of electrodes for leading off electrocardiogram signals from the body of the patient and an evaluation unit for determining a characteristic trigger time within a cardiac rhythm period of the patient from the electrocardiogram signals. In order to provide a device, which allows reliable determination of characteristic trigger times within the cardiac rhythm period of the patient even with elevated magnetic field strengths and which operates at least largely independently of external magnetic fields, it is proposed that the evaluation unit is designed to compare electrocardiogram signals obtained before and after the introduction of the patient into the magnetic resonance unit, in order to determine an enlargement of at least one characteristic of the electrocardiogram signals due to the magnetic field.

    摘要: An ECG measuring device and a magnetic resonance scanner to permit reliable detection of R-waves in ECG signals. The R-waves are identified by: measuring at least one reference ECG signal by an ECG measuring device, identifying an R-wave in the reference ECG signal, determining from the reference ECG signal at least one reference quantity which the reference ECG signal assumes in a time interval that starts before the R-wave of the ECG signal and lasts at a maximum up to the occurrence of the R-wave, generating at least one comparison rule on the basis of the at least one reference quantity, measuring ECG signals in which R-waves are to be identified, comparing the measured ECG signals with at least one reference quantity on the basis of the at least one comparison rule and outputting a trigger signal on the basis of at least one positive result of the comparison.
