    Abstract: A negative electrode material includes a composite of a silicon-based material (1), a polymer (2), and carbon nanotubes (3), where the polymer (2) contains a first group and a second group, the first group is chemically bonded to the carbon nanotubes (3), and the second group is chemically bonded to the silicon-based material (1). Both the carbon nanotubes (3) and the polymer (2) containing two groups are applied to surfaces of particles of the silicon-based material (1). The two groups of the polymer (2) are chemically bonded to the silicon-based material (1) and the carbon nanotubes (3) respectively, so that bonding force between the silicon-based material (1) and the carbon nanotubes (3) is enhanced and a uniform carbon nanotube (3) coating layer is formed. This can significantly improve conductive performance of the silicon-based material (1), thereby improving cycling performance and rate performance of an electrochemical apparatus.

    Abstract: A negative electrode material includes a silicon-based material, where for a test cell including an electrode containing the negative electrode material and a counter electrode made of lithium metal, first-cycle efficiency of the test cell is 81% to 86%, and a discharge capacity at an electric potential of the electrode in the test cell being 0.17V accounts for 35% to 65% of a first-cycle discharge capacity of the test cell. A lithiation platform of particles of a silicon-based material is so defined that a lithiation capacity when an electric potential of the silicon-based negative electrode material in a test half cell is 0.17V accounts for 35% to 65% of a first-cycle lithiation capacity of the test half cell, thereby ensuring amorphous characteristics of the silicon-based material, significantly improving cycling performance of the negative electrode material, and reducing a swelling rate of an electrode assembly during cycling.

    Abstract: A negative electrode material, and a negative electrode plate, an electrochemical device, and an electronic device including the same. The negative electrode material includes SiMxCy, where 0.5≤x≤2, 0.5≤y≤4, and M includes at least one of boron, nitrogen, oxygen, or aluminum; for SiMxCy, a particle size at a quantity accumulation degree of A % is DNA, a particle size at a volume accumulation degree of B % is DVB, and a half-peak width of a quantity distribution curve is ΔDN; and 2 μm≤(DV50−DN50)≤6 μm, and 1≤(DN99−DN1)/ΔDN≤1.3. The use of the negative electrode material, and the negative electrode plate, the electrochemical device and the electronic device including the same according to the present application achieve good cycle performance and energy density.

    Abstract: A negative electrode material includes silicon-based particles and graphite particles. In a case that a Dn50/Dv50 ratio of the graphite particles is A and a Dn50/Dv50 ratio of the silicon-based particles is B, the following conditional expressions (1) to (3) are satisfied: 0.1≤A≤0.65 (1); 0.3≤B≤0.85 (2); and B>A (3), where, Dv50 is a particle diameter of particles measured when a cumulative volume fraction in a volume-based distribution reaches 50%, and Dn50 is a particle diameter of particles measured when a cumulative number fraction in a number-based distribution reaches 50%. The present invention further provides a negative electrode plate, a lithium-ion secondary battery or electrochemical device containing the negative electrode plate, and an electronic device containing the lithium-ion secondary battery and/or electrochemical device.
