摘要: When an electrolytic solution of an electric double layer capacitor is prepared, an association is assumed as a model of a solute dissolved in a solvent. The energy of the association and the energies of the reduced association and oxidized association are calculated and a withstand voltage is estimated based thereon. If the withstand voltage exceeds the target value, only the estimated electrolytic solution is actually prepared. As a result, the development time in the development of electrolytic solution is greatly shortened.

The material powder has a c-axis/a-axis ratio ranging from 1.009 to 1.011 and an average particle diameter not larger than 0.5 μm. A dielectric layer is provided by mixing the material powder with additive. The dielectric layer has a tetragonal perovskite crystal structure essentially containing BaTiO3. The dielectric layer has a c-axis/a-axis ratio ranging from 1.005 to 1.009 and an average particle diameter not larger than 0.5 μm. An electrode is formed on the dielectric layer, thus, providing a ceramic capacitor. This ceramic capacitor has a large capacitance and a small capacitance-decreasing rate.

摘要: A method of manufacturing electric double layer capacitors is disclosed. The method assumes a model in which solute is dissolved in solvent before preparing electrolyte, and estimates a withstanding voltage through a simulation. The electrolyte, of which withstanding voltage is expected to exceed a target value, is selectively prepared. The method adjusts respective surface areas of the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the capacitor for making full use of the withstanding voltage of the electrolyte. According to this method, a time for developing electrolyte can be substantially shortened, and an electric double layer capacitor having a high withstanding voltage can be efficiently developed.

摘要: An un-sintered green sheet made of first piezoelectric ceramic composite essentially including lead oxide is provided. Conductive paste made of metal essentially including Ag, second piezoelectric ceramic composite, and oxide is provided. The conductive paste partly is applied onto the green sheet. The green sheet having the conductive paste thereon is fired at a temperature lower than a melting temperature of the oxide in the conductive paste so as to sinter the green sheet, thus providing a piezoelectric ceramic device. The piezoelectric ceramic device manufactured by the method does not cause deformation or crack when the green sheet is sintered.
