摘要： In a coolant system, the interior of a reservoir frame storing the coolant discharged from a machine tool is partitioned by a partition member into an outer peripheral coolant tub and a central coolant tub. The partition member is formed with a silt that extends in the depth direction to make the outer peripheral coolant tub communicate with the central coolant tub. A suction port of a pump that feeds the coolant in the central coolant tub to a filtering device is arranged in the central coolant tub. The coolant discharged from the machine tool is supplied to the central coolant tub without passing through the outer peripheral coolant tub. At least a part of the coolant filtered by the filtering device is supplied to the outer peripheral coolant tub without passing through the central coolant tub.

摘要： A grommet for installing a wire harness into a penetration hole of a car body panel of an automobile. The grommet includes an inner sleeve made of a resin that is configured to store and lock a connector. The inner sleeve is firmly stored in an enlarged tubular portion. A grommet main body is made of an elastomer and includes the enlarged tubular portion located at one end of a small diameter tubular portion through which electric wires of the wire harness may pass. A fixation locking hook for fastening the grommet to the car body panel is provided. The fixation locking hook protrudes from an outer face of one side of a peripheral wall of the inner sleeve. A movable locking hook is arranged on another side of the peripheral wall of the inner sleeve. The movable locking hook is arranged on a movable piece and is located between two side grooves arranged in the peripheral wall. Wherein, when the connector is locked in the inner sleeve, a first gap is provided between the peripheral wall and the connector on the side of the inner sleeve which has the fixation locking hook, and a second gap is provided between the peripheral wall and the connector on the side of the inner sleeve which has the mobile locking hook, such that second gap is greater than the first gap.

摘要： A clip and a wire harness equipped with a clip are provided that can restrain the clip from readily falling down from an electrical wire bundle, can be easily mounted on the bundle, and can reduce a protruding amount of the clip from the bundle to as small as possible. A clip includes an inserting section to be inserted into an attaching hole in a vehicle body, and a holding section for holding an electrical wire bundle. The holding section includes a projection portion that protrudes from the inserting section, and distal end spreading portions that spread from a distal end of the projection portion toward spaces at opposite sides of the projection portion. The distal end spreading portions are curved in convex shapes in a distal end direction of the projection portion as a whole.

摘要： A grommet configured to be installed on a wire harness and to be inserted in a penetration hole of a car body panel of an automobile, the grommet includes an inner sleeve made of a resin configured to store therein a connector, a grommet main body made of an elastomer and having an enlarged tubular portion and a small diameter tubular portion configured to receive electrical wires. The inner sleeve protrudes from the large diameter tubular portion and includes a peripheral wall having four corners and locking hooks configured to be inserted into the penetration hole. One locking hook is located on an outer face of one side of a rectangular or near-squared shaped frame. Another locking hook is located on an outer face of an opposite side of the rectangular or near-squared shaped frame. At least one of the four corners of the peripheral wall is notched.

A wire harness fixing clip (11) has a ring-like frame through which a wire harness is passed, fixing holes (12a, 13a) being provided on upper and lower plates, and a retaining member being passed through these fixing holes to fix the wire harness clip (11) to a fixture. The clip has an L-shaped side locking member (16) on one of the upper and lower plates, the other of these plates catching from the side with the locking member, the pair of plates thereby resting one above the other, on the locking member and thereby becoming aligned.

摘要： A grommet for installing a wire harness into a penetration hole provided on a car body panel of an automobile. The grommet includes a resin inner sleeve that is firmly stored in an enlarged tubular portion of a grommet main body made of an elastomer. The grommet main body includes the enlarged tubular portion at one end of a small diameter tubular portion through which electric wires can be inserted. A fixation locking hook protrudes from a peripheral wall of the inner sleeve and projects past an edge opening of the enlarged tubular portion. A movable locking hook is arranged on another side of the peripheral wall. The movable locking hook includes a movable piece that is located between two side grooves formed in the peripheral wall. A pair of rectifying ribs protrudes past the movable locking hook. Each rectifying rib has an edge portion that is formed at an acute angle and that is inclined towards an inside. The pair of rectifying ribs are insertable into the penetration hole after the fixation locking hook is inserted therein.

摘要： A multicircuit cable connector which includes a multicircuit, an insulation layer thereon, and a matching circuit which is placed on the layer. The multicircuit is a plurality of conductive strips which run along the length of the cable. The matching circuit is a means for interconnecting certain of the strips with one another and consists of interconnecting portions carrying terminals thereon. The interconnecting portions extend transversely of the cable and their length and location are determined by the arrangement of conductive strips in the cable and which of them are to be connected to each other. A U-shaped clip of generally channel shape is provided and the bottom thereof is pressed against a multicircuit conductor and the sides extend through the layer and are crimped onto the terminals on the interconnecting portions of the matching circuit, thereby completing the connection.
