    摘要: The air pressure in the intake valve undergoes a sudden decrease upon closure of the throttle valve. This decrease is sensed and opens a bypass which furnishes some air to the air intake means when the throttle is fully closed. The quantity of air so furnished is sufficient to allow combustion in all cylinders of the engine, thereby preventing excessive cooling.

    摘要: A system applicable to motor vehicles having a master brake cylinder with a pressure fluid supply container and at least one pressure control valve assembly is associated with a wheel brake. A pump provided which in the anti-skid mode pumps pressure fluid drawn from the wheel brake to the master brake cylinder by use of the pressure control valve assembly. In a traction control mode, the pump draws pressure fluid from the master brake cylinder and forces it to the wheel brake. To this end, the pressure control valve assembly has a first line connection communicating with the master brake cylinder, a second line connection communicating with the wheel brake, and a third line connection through which quantities of pressure fluid flows in the anti-skid mode to reduce the wheel brake pressure. Both simple design and increased functional reliability of the system are attained by providing that in the traction control mode, the third line connection of the pressure control valve assembly communicates with a pressure outlet of the pump.

    摘要: A free-wheeling diode, a control circuit portion and a power circuit portion which selectively include active semiconductor elements and passive electrical circuit elements, such as diodes and resistors, are all included in a housing having a metallic base, the housing having two lead-through pins sealed therethrough in insulated relation, so that the housing can be readily attached to the generator housing structure, particularly to the brush assembly thereof, and the lead-through pins selectively directly connected to a brush connected to the exciter field of the generator and another connected to the positive output terminal of the generator, thus facilitating overall construction and assembly of the voltage regulator as well as assembly of the voltage regulator with and to the generator.

    摘要: A vacuum motor having a first chamber and a second chamber that in the actuation direction is disposed following a dividing movable wall, a third chamber is provided preceding the first chamber. Upon the occurrence of a traction control situation, the third chamber is moved into a connection between a magnetic assembly which is connected to atmospheric pressure and the first chamber. The second chamber is at the same time connected to a negative pressure source. By way of a pressure drop between the first and second chambers, an adjusting force acting upon a multi-circuit master cylinder is generated for traction control.

    摘要: To facilitate assembly and provide for high-level output from a deceleration sensor which provides, inherently, only very low level output, an evaluation circuit, such as an amplifier structure, is connected immediately adjacent the deceleration sensor on a common metal plate, interconnected thereby by bonding wires, the common plate having connecting pins (18) passing therethrough for connection to a standard plug-and-socket connector; the evaluation circuit and the deceleration sensor are enclosed within a common sealed housing, so that both the deceleration sensor (12, 12') as well as the evaluation circuit (16, 17) are sealed against ambient influences, preferably retained within a high-viscosity fluid, such as insulating oil. All elements can be located on one side of the housing, in which a standard T5 transistor housing is suitable; or the deceleration sensor may be located on the other side of the metal plate (10) from the evaluation circuit, in which case a plastic housing can be used, only the deceleration sensor being secured to the metal plate by a metal housing cap, sealed to the metal plate.
