    摘要: A radiographic imaging apparatus with which the rotation amount of acquired radiographs can be the same in comparative interpretation of these images. The radiographic imaging apparatus includes an imaging unit for emitting radiation from a radiation source to a subject and detecting radiation having passed through the subject with a radiation detector having sensors arrayed therein to acquire a radiographic image, an image processor for performing rotation processing on the radiographic image to produce an acquired radiograph and collateral information of the acquired radiograph, a storage unit for storing the acquired radiograph and the collateral information, and a monitor for displaying the acquired radiograph. The collateral information contains the direction in which the sensors are arrayed and a rotation angle used in the rotation processing and is correlated to the acquired radiograph.

    摘要: A radiographic imaging system includes an imaging apparatus which takes a radiographic image of a subject and outputs image data of the radiographic image; an image processing apparatus which performs image processing of at least one of an exposure field recognition process and a trimming process on the image data of the radiographic image; an image processing information storage apparatus which stores the imaging conditions of the radiographic image and image processing information which indicates the image processing and its applicable range in an associated manner; and an image processing information search apparatus which searches for image processing information according to imaging conditions of current imaging, among the image processing information of past imaging stored. The imaging apparatus changes a range of radiation exposure irradiated from a radiation source in accordance with the applicable range of the image processing of the past imaging contained in the image processing information retrieved by the image processing information search apparatus.

    摘要: An image processing apparatus capable of clipping a diagnostic region while retaining the pixel information of the original radiographic image even when the subject is imaged aslant. The image processing apparatus applies trimming processing to a radiographic image acquired by an imaging apparatus for acquiring a radiographic image of a subject and includes an image rotation unit for rotating the radiographic image so that the subject is aligned with a given direction to produce a display image, a diagnostic region designation unit for designating a first diagnostic region clipped with a diagnostic region designation frame represented by a rectangle for the display image, and a trimming processing unit for calculating a second diagnostic region in the radiographic image from a rotation amount of the display image and diagnostic region information representing the first diagnostic region and applying trimming processing to the radiographic image to clip the second diagnostic region.
