摘要： An emboss device (1) includes an emboss roller (21) having a surface on which protrusions and recesses are formed, and a press roller (20) arranged oppositely to the emboss roller (21), wherein a print object (100) is held between these rollers and imparted with protrusions and recesses. Surface of the emboss roller (21) has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 4.50-18.55 μm and kurtosis Rku of 2.12-3.88. Uneven surface of the print object (100) has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.55 μm or above and skewness Rsk of −2.73 to −0.65.

The emboss roller and the opposed roller sandwich a sheet-like print object, thereby to impart convexoconcave to the print object.
