    Abstract: A concentration meter is a concentration meter that measures a concentration of a predetermined solution, and includes: a main body section including an opening portion, and an internal liquid and an electrode that are housed in the opening portion; a permeation membrane that seals the opening portion; a water-holding section that is opposed to the permeation membrane; and an inflow/outflow section which is an opening that allows a clearance between the permeation membrane and the water-holding section to communicate with an outside space of the main body section, wherein the permeation membrane and the water-holding section are separated from each other by a distance in which the solution is held in the air due to a surface tension of the solution, with the solution contacting the permeation membrane and the water-holding section.

    Abstract: An endoscope reprocessor includes a concentration meter including a permeation membrane, a medicinal-solution storing section including a holding section configured to hold the concentration meter such that the permeation membrane is disposed at a predetermined water level, the medicinal-solution storing section storing the medicinal solution to a water level higher than the predetermined water level, a liquid discharge section configured to discharge the medicinal solution from the medicinal-solution storing section, a liquid supply section configured to supply liquid to the permeation membrane of the concentration meter, and a control section connected to the liquid discharge section and the liquid supply section, the control section driving the liquid supply section to wet the permeation membrane when the medicinal solution in the medicinal-solution storing section is lower than the predetermined water level.

    Abstract: In an electrode unit, a working electrode and a counter electrode are disposed in a cylindrical section having a cylindrical shape, which is a sensor main body, a distal end face of the working electrode is covered with a diaphragm that allows liquid to be measure to permeate, and an internal liquid chamber in which internal liquid of an electrolyte is stored and a standard solution chamber in which a standard solution for calibration is stored are partitioned by the diaphragm. The standard solution chamber is surrounded by an inner wall of the cylindrical section and a cap. When the electrode unit is mounted on a medical solution tank, zero adjustment is automatically performed using a standard solution inside the electrode unit. Thereafter, when the cap is opened, the standard solution is discharged and measurement in an actual use can be performed.

    Abstract: A control method for an endoscope reprocessor including a medicinal solution tank, a concentration measurement chamber, and a concentration meter disposed in the concentration measurement chamber and which comprises a container, an electrode housed inside the container, a permeable membrane sealing the container, and a content fluid sealed inside the container, the control method, includes: a step I of introducing a medicinal solution into the medicinal solution tank; a step II of introducing the medicinal solution into the concentration measurement chamber and measuring a concentration of the medicinal solution; a step III of draining the medicinal solution inside the medicinal solution tank from the endoscope reprocessor, and maintaining a state where inside of the medicinal solution tank is empty for a predetermined time period; and a step IV of maintaining a moisture content inside the concentration measurement chamber at a predetermined value or more during the step III.
