Abstract: A treatment tool for an endoscope of the present invention includes a sheath, a balloon provided at the sheath and configured to be expandable to an inflated state from a reduced diameter state by injecting a fluid, a shaft member inserted through an inside of the balloon and configured to extend along a longitudinal axis of the sheath from a distal end of the balloon to a proximal end thereof, and an adhering portion provided on a side of an inner surface of a central portion of the balloon in a direction of the longitudinal axis, formed of an adhering material applied or adhered to the shaft member and configured to hold the central portion in a state in which the central portion is reduced in diameter.

Abstract: According to one aspect, a balloon-equipped treatment tool for an endoscope includes a balloon, and a sheath connected to a proximal end side of the balloon and configured to introduce fluid to the balloon. The balloon includes a body portion having a first wall thickness, a cylindrical tail portion arranged on a proximal end side of the body portion and connected to the sheath, a cone portion located between the body portion and the tail portion, and a thick portion forming a second wall thickness larger than the first wall thickness. The thick portion whose distal end is arranged in the cone portion and whose proximal end is arranged in the tail portion.

Abstract: A treatment tool for an endoscope includes: a sheath; a balloon provided at a distal end of the sheath, and configured to be expandable from a folded initial shape to an unfolded inflated shape; an inner shaft configured to protrude from a distal end of the balloon through an inside of the balloon; a middle marker; and at least one or more positioning markers provided on the inner shaft independently of the middle marker. The balloon has a proximal end-side region, a distal end-side region, and a middle part. At least one of the positioning markers is positioned on the inner shaft at same a longitudinal position as the proximal end-side region.

Abstract: A treatment instrument for an endoscope is equipped with a sheath; and a balloon which is provided at the sheath, the balloon being configured to be expandable to an unfolded inflated shape from a folded initial shape by supplying a fluid, the balloon having a first region and a second region provided at both end portions in a longitudinal direction, and an intermediate section provided between the first region and the second region. In the initial shape of the balloon, an amount of residual strain of the intermediate section is larger than the amount of residual strain of the first region and the amount of residual strain of the second region. When an internal pressure of the balloon has a first internal pressure value, the first region and the second region are unfolded to be faster than the intermediate section, thereby having a greater diameter than the intermediate section.
