Abstract: A lift device includes a lift apparatus and a base assembly. The lift apparatus is configured to raise and lower an implement assembly. The base assembly is configured to support the lift apparatus. The base assembly includes a deployable operator station transitionable between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the deployed position, the deployable operator station is configured to provide a seating and control arrangement for an operator. In the stowed position, the deployable operator station is substantially sealed from an external environment to limit access to the deployable operator station.

Abstract: A telehandler includes a frame assembly, a series of tractive elements rotatably coupled to the frame assembly, a boom assembly, and an actuator selectively reconfigurable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. The boom assembly includes a lower boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the frame assembly, an intermediate boom section pivotably coupled to a distal end of the lower boom section, and an upper boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the intermediate boom section and a distal end configured to be coupled to an implement. The boom assembly is configured to move freely when the actuator is in the unlocked configuration. In the locked configuration, the actuator is positioned to couple the intermediate boom section to the frame assembly such that the actuator limits rotation of the lower boom section relative to the frame assembly.

Abstract: A lift device may include a chassis. A lift device may include a turntable coupled to the chassis, the turntable comprising an internal frame and an external body. Abstract: A lift vehicle includes a chassis, an implement, a lift arm coupling the implement to the chassis, a load sensor, a tilt sensor, and a controller. The lift arm includes an actuator configured to selectively extend the lift arm and a length sensor configured to provide data relating to a length of the lift arm. The load sensor can provide data relating to a load at the implement. The tilt sensor can provide data relating to an angular orientation of the chassis relative to a reference plane. The controller can receive data from the length sensor, the load sensor, and the tilt sensor. The controller can determine, based on the data from the load sensor and the tilt sensor, an operating envelope for the lift arm. The operating envelope can include a maximum extension of the lift arm. The controller can selectively limit an operation of the lift arm such that the lift arm operates within the operating envelope.

Abstract: A method for providing access to an operator for a heavy equipment is shown. The method includes receiving equipment data and a first set of operator identification data from the operator, the operator identification data including an identify of the operator. The method includes verifying that the operator identification data can be registered with the equipment data. The method includes registering the identity of the operator with the equipment data such that the operator is registered to operate the heavy equipment. The method includes receiving a second set of operator identification data from the operator at a future time period. The method includes determining that the operator is permitted to operate the heavy equipment based on the second set of operator identification data comprising biometric data that is indicative of the identity of the operator.

Abstract: A frame, a boom assembly, and an actuator. The boom assembly includes a first boom section having a proximal end coupled to the frame and a distal end opposite the proximal end and a second boom section pivotably coupled to the distal end of the first boom section. The actuator is reconfigurable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. The actuator permits the boom assembly to move freely when the actuator is in the unlocked configuration. In the locked configuration, the actuator is positioned to couple the second boom section to the frame such that the actuator limits movement of the first boom section relative to the frame.
