摘要： A decoder receives, from a bitstream, subdivision information indicating sub-volumes of a volume containing a base mesh of a mesh. Each sub-volume of the sub-volumes indicates a respective base sub-mesh of base sub-meshes together forming the base mesh. The base mesh is subdivided according to the subdivision information with each base sub-mesh of the base sub-meshes being subdivided based on a subdivision parameter corresponding to the sub-volume indicating the base sub-mesh. The mesh is generated based on the subdivided base mesh.
