Abstract: A portable boxing exerciser which combines within a single frame a stationary bicycle and a punching ball positioned in front of the bicycle to allow the user to practice on the punching ball while riding the bicycle.An adjustable chest rester is provided to help the user maintain his balance. The frame also supports a large punching bag and a set of barbells whose weight contribute to the stability of the entire structure.
