    摘要: A flat type indicator tube is provided with a box-like cover glass on a substrate. The cover glass forms an air tight space together with the substrate. In the space, there are provided display sections each consisting of a plurality of anode segments disposed on the substrate, grid and cathode electrodes provided above the display sections. The cover glass is comprised of a flat major section, a side wall and a flange section. The flange section comprises a flat flange contacting the substrate through glass frit and a coupling portion so shaped as to receive one end portion of the exhaust tube therein. A projection is formed on and substantially perpendicular to the inner wall of the coupling portion of the flange section. The projection is contacted and serves to restrict undesired excessive insertion of the exhaust tube into the coupling portion. The exhaust tube is hermetically fixed between the coupling portion and the substrate through glass frit.

    摘要: A surface treatment composition of this invention is a composition for treating a metal wiring-including surface of a semiconductor substrate, which includes a compound (A) represented by a specific structural formula and a solvent (B) having a boiling point at one atmospheric pressure of 50 to 300° C., and has a pH of 4 to 11.According to the surface treatment composition of the present invention, oxidation of metal wiring of a semiconductor substrate can be suppressed and deterioration of the flatness of the metal wiring portion due to unusual oxidation can be suppressed. Furthermore, when an insulating film or a barrier metal film is present on a metal wiring-including surface of the semiconductor substrate, fang and surface roughness of the metal wiring occurring in the interface between the metal wiring and the insulating film or the barrier metal film can be suppressed.

    摘要: A multi-color luminous stirrer including a handle housing therein a battery and a shank composed of two tubular-shaped electrodes coupled together mechanically through an insulating ring. When the tubular-shaped electrodes are submerged in a drink, a switching circuit is actuated and in accordance with the movement of an electroconductive ball placed freely on a flat electrode that is connected to the battery and encircled by curved electrodes which are electrically connected to a plurality of illuminants housed at the tip of the shank by transparent or translucent cap, ON and OFF states are created between the electrodes. Thus, the illuminants emit light at random. The tubular-shaped shank may alternately be formed of a highly heat conductive material, with a bimetal housed therein so that when the tubular-shaped shank is dipped in a drink which is different in temperature from that of the ambient air, the switching circuit is actuated.
