Abstract: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes, by wt %: 2.5 to 3.8% of Si, 0.1 to 1.5% of Al, 0.1 to 2.0% of Mn, 0.01 to 0.15% of Cr, and a balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the non-oriented electrical steel sheet satisfies the following Expression 1.
