Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a surfactant composition including an amphiphilic block copolymer based on polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), the surfactant composition is highly safe for the human body and the environment due to its excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility, and a hemostatic agent and medical adhesive including the same are effective in hemostasis, wound healing, tissue adhesion, and inhibition of bacterial infection.
