摘要: An adjustment-free cushioning air cylinder includes an air cylinder body, a piston, a first check valve, an upper air way, a second check valve and a lower air way. An air chamber is formed inside the air cylinder body. The piston slides in the air chamber. One end of the piston extends to the external of the air cylinder body. The piston does a reciprocating movement in the air chamber and divides the air chamber into an upper air chamber and a lower air chamber. The first check valve is disposed in the piston, one end of the first check valve is connected to the upper air chamber, and the other end is connected to the lower air chamber. The upper air way connects the upper air chamber with the outside. The adjustment-free cushioning air cylinder of the invention does not need to adjust the entering flow rate of the air, but the entering flow rate can be automatically adjusted to produce cushioning resistance as the user is walking according to the walking speed. The present invention has a simple structure, high cushioning performance, lower cost, and is not easy to damage, thus can greatly improve the product competitiveness.

摘要: A buffer mechanism of an artificial limb is provided, including a joint connecting base, an artificial limb connecting base, a first connecting rod connected to a front side of the joint connecting base, a second connecting rod connected to a rear side of the artificial limb connecting base, and a buffer cylinder disposed between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod and having a sleeve, a cylinder plug and a spring. The cylinder plug is detachably disposed at one end of the sleeve, the side surface of the first connecting rod facing the second connecting rod is disposed with a roller arm, an end of the roller arm is pivotally connected with a roller, and the roller arm contacts the end face of the cylinder plug by the roller. The present disclosure can reduce the wear rate of the cylinder plug and decrease the friction force.

摘要: A prosthetic knee joint with buffering and braking effects has an upper connecting base, a linking assembly, a braking assembly, and a lower connecting base. The upper connecting base has two extending arms and an accommodating recess. The linking assembly has two linking arms respectively and pivotally connected to the upper connecting base. The braking assembly has a braking arm protruding into the accommodating recess of the upper connecting base and pivotally connected to the two extending arms. The lower connecting base is connected to the linking assembly and the braking assembly. The upper connecting base, the linking assembly, the braking assembly and the lower connecting base form a four-bar linkage. A cushion between an abutting element and a main body provides a buffering effect during walking. Thus, the prosthetic knee joint has simplified structure and reduced cost and is convenient in assembly and use.
