Abstract: Provided are a cell carrier for skin tissue regeneration using chitooligosaccharide and a method for producing the same. The cell carrier according to the present invention includes fish-derived collagen (FC), alginate (A), and chitooligosaccharide (COS1) of 1 to 3 kDa, and thus has excellent biocompatibility with dermal fibroblasts and has an excellent effect of being utilized as a cell carrier for skin tissue regeneration.
