摘要: A laminated member as a laminate of a plurality of alloy ribbons is used. The laminated member has a side surface with a fracture surface. A laminated body as a laminate of the laminated member is used. A motor that includes a core using the laminated body is used. A method for manufacturing a laminated member is used that includes: fixing a plurality of amorphous ribbons to one another in a part of layers of the amorphous ribbons after laminating the amorphous ribbons; and punching a laminated member by cutting the laminate of the amorphous ribbons at a location that excludes the portion fixing the amorphous ribbons in the laminate.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a thin strip component, including a processing step of processing an amorphous thin strip member into a dimension shape larger than a target shape, and a heat treating step of heat treating and contracting the amorphous thin strip member processed in the processing step to form the amorphous thin strip member into a thin strip component of the target shape. A thin strip component which is a magnetic laminate in which a plurality of plate-shaped thin strip component members of the same shape are laminated, and has a recess over an entire side surface of the magnetic laminate is used. A motor including the thin strip component, a plurality of coils disposed on the thin strip component, and a rotor disposed between the plurality of coils is used.

摘要: To provide an iron core and a motor for preventing reduction in motor drive efficiency. An iron core includes laminate section made up of a lamination of plural soft magnetic ribbons, fixed to metal substrate, and provided with winding, and fastening part that pressurizes laminate section in a lamination direction of soft magnetic ribbons. Also, the fastening part is disposed around an opening of through-hole that penetrates laminate section. Furthermore, a metal plate shaped so as not to cover winding section is provided between laminate section and fastening part. Besides, the motor includes a rotor and the iron core.

摘要: A method for producing a magnetic core includes a processing step of giving a desired shape to a strip made of an alloy composition, a heat-treating step of forming bcc-Fe crystals, and then a stacking step of obtaining a magnetic core having a shape. Here, the alloy composition is Fe—B—Si—P—Cu—C and has an amorphous phase as a primary phase. In the heat-treating step, the strip is heated up to a temperature higher than a crystallization temperature of the alloy composition at a high heating rate.

摘要: Provided is a magnetic plate laminate comprising a laminate formed by stacking a plurality of thin strips, and fastening members provided in apertures in the laminate. Also provided is a method for manufacturing a magnetic laminate wherein the thin strips are amorphous thin strips and the magnetic body laminate is subjected to heat treatment, thereby forming nano-crystalline grains in the thin strips. Also provided is a motor equipped with a stator formed by stacking a plurality of the magnetic plate laminates, a securing plate for securing the stator, and a rotor arranged in an opening in the middle of the stator.
