Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes: first light emitting elements; second light emitting elements having chromaticity values in a same chromaticity range as the first light emitting elements; and a control circuit including a mode switch for controlling the first light emitting elements and the second light emitting elements separately. The control circuit selectively executes a first mode which causes the first light emitting elements to emit light and a second mode which causes the first light emitting elements and the second light emitting elements to emit light. The mode switch switches between the first mode and the second mode.

Abstract: A control device controls an illumination device that illuminates a surrounding area, and an effect-producing device that emits light producing an effect on the surrounding area. The control device includes a control unit that controls at least one of a color of first light emitted by the illumination device and a color of second light emitted by the effect-producing device so that at least one of the color of the first light and the color of the second light moves into a specified chromaticity range, the color of the first light and the color of the second light being outside of the specified chromaticity range. Colors in the specified chromaticity range are recognized as a same color by a human.
