Abstract: An impact rotary tool includes a drive source, an impact force generator, an output shaft, a torque measuring unit, and a torque calculator. The impact force generator is configured to generate impact force in pulse form from power of the drive source. The output shaft is configured to transmit the impact force to a tip tool. The torque measuring unit is configured to measure a torque applied to the output shaft. The torque calculator is configured to, when a torque waveform of the torque measured by the torque measuring unit during one impact includes a plurality of peak values, calculates the tightening torque in accordance with a largest peak value of one or more second or subsequent peak values.

Abstract: An impact rotary tool includes a hammer, an anvil, an output shaft, a housing, and a bearing (first bearing). The bearing (first bearing) is held by the housing. The anvil includes a first contact portion. The output shaft includes a second contact portion. The second contact portion receives, from the first contact portion, force that causes the output shaft to rotate. The bearing (first bearing) is in contact with at least one of the first contact portion or the second contact portion and supports at least one of the output shaft or the anvil rotatably.

Abstract: An impact rotary tool includes a hammer and an anvil that transmits rotational impact force from the hammer to a tip tool. The anvil includes a first member and a second member. The first member holds the tip tool thereon. The first member is fitted into the second member. The rotational impact force is applied to the second member. The first member and the second member are arranged to be fitted into each other in a fitting portion. The fitting portion has a tolerating mechanism. The tolerating mechanism tolerates misalignment of a first rotational axis with a second rotational axis. The first rotational axis is a rotational axis of the first member. The second rotational axis is a rotational axis of the second member.
