Abstract: A management device communicates with, via a network, each of a plurality of vehicles in each of which a unique character having a plurality of display modes is set, and a user terminal used by a user in a system that provides a vehicle sharing service in which the plurality of vehicles are moved among a plurality of ports by being used by the user. The management device incudes a memory and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to: acquire position information indicating a position of each of the plurality of vehicles; analyze a degree of bias in arrangement regarding the plurality of vehicles among the plurality of ports, based on the position information of the plurality of vehicles; and determine a display mode of the character set in any of the plurality of vehicles depending on a magnitude of the degree of bias.
