摘要: Provided is a process, including: obtaining movement transactions without having server-side access to information by which the members of the population undergoing the changes in geolocation indicated by the movement transactions can be identified, either personally or pseudonymously; obtaining for movement transactions corresponding to a designated window of time, geographic-pathogen-risk scores of starting geolocations that include the starting geographic positions; updating for the movement transactions corresponding to the designated window of time, geographic-pathogen-risk scores of the ending geolocations based on both geographic-pathogen-risk scores of the starting geolocations involved in movement transactions ending at the ending geolocations and rates of traffic at the ending geolocations indicated by movement transactions ending or starting at the ending geolocations.

摘要: Provided is a process, including: obtaining geographic regions and geolocations that are places of interest within those geographic regions; obtaining first data about at least some of the plurality of geolocations, wherein the first data is not pathogen specific; obtaining second data about at least some of the plurality of geolocations, wherein the second data is pathogen-specific; determining geolocation-pathogen-risk scores of the geographic regions based on both the first data and the second data; determining geolocation-pathogen-risk scores of the places of interest with a machine learning model trained to allocate risk of geographic regions to places of interest based on at least some of the first data.

摘要: Provided is a pandemic-surveillance system configured for obtaining a user profile of a user; obtaining a history of geolocations visited by the user; determining based on the history of geolocations, geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user; determining a personal-pathogen-risk score of the user based on the user profile and the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user; and storing the personal-pathogen-risk score in memory

摘要: Provided is a process, including: receiving, with a computer system, from a client computing device of a user associated with a given geolocation, an attribute of the geolocation that affects propensity of a pathogen to be transmitted at the geolocation; updating, with the computer system, a geographic-pathogen-risk score of the given geolocation based on the attribute; obtaining, with the computer system, movement transactions indicating other geolocations to which users moved from the given geolocation; updating, with the computer system, a geographic-pathogen-risk scores of the other geolocations based on the attribute or the updated geographic-pathogen-risk score of the given geolocation; and storing, with the computer system, in memory, the updated geographic-pathogen-risk scores of the given geolocation and the other geolocations.

摘要: Provided is a process, including: obtaining leaders of an organization and participants of the organization; obtaining a set of facilities of the organization; obtaining geolocation-pathogen-risk scores of the facilities; obtaining a current, first state of a finite state machine, the finite state machine having four or more states, each of the four or more states corresponding to a level of at least some of the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores or a first derivative with respect to time of at least some of the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores; determining to transition to a second state of the finite state machine based on the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores; executing logic of the second state configured to cause a user interface to be presented on computing devices of at least some of the leaders of the organization, the user interface including proposed natural language text messages to at least some of the participants of the organization.

摘要: Provided is a process, including: obtaining, with a computer system, a next geolocation to be visited by a user or at which the user has arrived; obtaining, with the computer system, a geolocation-pathogen-risk score of the next geolocation; determining, with the computer system, a topic of message based on the geolocation-pathogen-risk score; determining, with the computer system, by a natural-language-text generation model, natural language text within the topic of the message; and causing, with the computer system, the natural language text of the message to be presented to the user.
