The peptides of the invention may be chemically synthesized from single amino acids and/or preformed peptides of two or more amino acid residues.The peptides of the invention find an useful application in the treatment of a neoplastic disease.

摘要: Use of muscle-enriched/specific microRNAs for the treatment of sarcomas, as for example rhabdomyosarcomas, synovial sarcoma, alveolar soft part sarcoma, liposarcoma, and osteosarcoma, wherein the microRNAs are able to stop the development of neoplastic cells and to force the neoplastic cells to differentiate into terminally differentiated muscle cells.
