    摘要: A spa is provide with a heat pump for both heating and cooling the water contained in the spa tub. The heat pump uses the existing water pump of the hydrotherapy system to circulate the water through the water heat exchanger of the heat pump. Condensation produced by the heat pump is pumped into the spa tub. Components of the heat pump and water pump are acoustically isolated for noise reduction. Electronic noise reduction may be implemented. Co-generated heat is used to heat the air to produce warm therapeutic bubbles and to feed an ozonator. In addition, an auxiliary electrical resistance heater is arranged in combination with the heat pump for rapid water heating.

    摘要: A method and system for modeling water flow of a watershed restoration project. The modeling system allows a user to create a graphical representation of the different areas of a development site design. The graphical representation shows the water flows between the different areas. The user may also specify the attributes of each area, such as rate of infiltration, runoff coefficient, size, rate of evapotranspiration, and so on. The modeling system can simulate the impact of rainfall on the development design. The simulation determines the inflow of water to each area and determines the outflow of water for each area. The results of this simulation can be used to evaluate the development design and adjust the design to achieve the desired cost-benefit balance of the watershed protection criteria of choice.
