Abstract: A method for training a user to swing a member at a moving target. The method comprises receiving in an area proximate the member a target object projected along a free space path toward the area. The method also comprises striking, by the user, the target object with the member. In the method, the target object comprises a target member having a majority of its length along the free space path.
