摘要： A method of providing an interconnection between a network and service equipment, comprising: providing a network cable connected to the network; breaking out the network cable to expose a plurality of network fibers contained within the network cable; identifying one of the plurality of network fibers requiring interconnection with the service rack; providing an equipment fiber connected to the service equipment; making an interconnection between the identified one of the network fibers and the equipment fiber; storing the interconnected fibers in an interconnected fiber store; and storing at least some of the remaining un-interconnected network fibers at a store remote from the interconnected fiber store.
