    摘要: The invention is directed toward a system and method for sanitizing a condensate drain to reduce sludge and related pathogens. The system is directed to a sanitizing assembly having a treatment chamber connected to the condensate drain, where the treatment chamber includes a top end and a shaft. A spray assembly is positioned proximate to the top end of the treatment chamber. This spray assembly has a nozzle spray connected to a hot water source. A spray controller within the spray assembly helps disperse a sufficient quantity and pressure of hot water within the shaft to dislodge sludge, when necessary.

    摘要: An intelligent condensate management system for purging and cleaning an air conditioning condensate drainage system, the intelligent condensate management system comprises a housing, the housing having an inlet and an outlet; a primary condensate flow line providing a flow path between the housing inlet and outlet, the primary condensate flow line having a check valve; a flush line providing a flow path between the housing inlet and outlet parallel to the primary condensate flow line, the flush line having a pump, wherein an inlet to the flush line is connected to a lower portion of the housing inlet; a logic panel for actuating the pump between a standby mode and a flushing mode; wherein the check valve is configured to allow flow from the housing inlet to the housing outlet; wherein actuating the pump to a flushing mode causes the check valve to close. Also described are methods to flush a condensate drain system.

The fluid management system includes an upstream drainage portion in fluid communication with the drain and a downstream drainage portion; a flushing assembly having an inlet and an outlet, wherein the flushing assembly is in fluid communication with the upstream drainage portion and the downstream drainage portion; a filter assembly disposed with the upstream drainage portion; and a logic panel configured to actuate the flushing assembly between a flushing mode and a standby mode.
