摘要: An air handling unit has a blower assembly, a first interior zone, and a second interior zone and the blower assembly physically separates the first interior zone from the second interior zone. A method includes providing a cabinet configured to receive a blower assembly, inserting a blower assembly into the air duct, and closing a cabinet door of the cabinet, wherein upon closing the cabinet door, the primary air flow path from a location within the cabinet downstream of the blower assembly to a location within the cabinet upstream of the blower assembly is through a blower housing of the blower assembly. A blower assembly has a blower housing comprising at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet and a blower deck extending from the outlet, wherein the blower deck comprises at least one substantially flat component having a substantially orthogonal wall extending from the flat component.

摘要: The present invention provides a flow guiding device for an air conditioner, a supplementary device for enhancing and accelerating heat dissipation of flow guiding device and a method for heat dissipation thereof. The flow guiding device which is disposed between a condenser fan and a condenser coil is configured on a bottom surface of the air conditioner and obliquely configured to the condenser fan. The flow guiding device includes a flake body and a plurality of flow guiding members, the flake body has holes disposed through the flake body, and flow guiding protrusions are disposed on two opposite sides of the flake body, and a space between two of the plurality of flow guiding protrusions is a concave. A plurality of flow guiding member disposed on the concaves, and parts of the plurality of holes on the two opposite sides connected to the plurality of flow guiding member.

摘要: A heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration system includes a diffuser comprising a plurality of diffuser elements located between a blower driving airflow through the system and a refrigeration coil used to cool the airflow prior to the distribution of the airflow to a building. Locating diffusers between the blower and the refrigeration coil reduces the extent to which the airflow carries moisture from condensate on the refrigeration coil, and can prevent circulation of air backwards through the refrigeration coil.

摘要: An air mixing device mitigates temperature stratification between two incoming air streams by creation of turbulent airflow through an arrangement of channels in the device. The device also provides selective passage of air for incoming airstreams to achieve functionality for damper control typically associated with separate inlet dampers. A method provides for selectively controlled airflow through the device so effective mixing occurs along with an economizer function to control separate airstreams such as outside air and return air. Existing dampers may be integrated with the air mixing device to control airflow in which flow of one airstream through the device increases as the flow of the other airstream is proportionately decreased. A minimum outside air duct can be incorporated in the mixing device to efficiently satisfy building code requirements regarding monitoring and recording of outside air input to air handling units.

The AC indoor unit may control the direction of a discharged air flow without a conventional blade structure, thereby increasing an amount of discharged air, reducing circulation noise, and enabling design differentiation.
