摘要: A touch panel display including a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium and a touch device is provided. The first substrate has a display area and a peripheral area. The first substrate has a pixel array in the display area and at least one integrated driving circuit in the peripheral area. The integrated driving circuit is electrically connected to the pixel array. The second substrate is disposed above the first substrate to cover the integrated driving circuit and the pixel array. The display medium is disposed on the pixel array and located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The touch device is disposed on the second substrate, and has a sensor element and a wiring element connected to the sensor element. The sensor element is located above the pixel array and the wiring element is located above at least a portion of the integrated driving circuit.

摘要: A touch panel display including a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium and a touch device is provided. The first substrate has a display area and a peripheral area. The first substrate has a pixel array in the display area and at least one integrated driving circuit in the peripheral area. The integrated driving circuit is electrically connected to the pixel array. The second substrate is disposed above the first substrate to cover the integrated driving circuit and the pixel array. The display medium is disposed on the pixel array and located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The touch device is disposed on the second substrate, and has a sensor element and a wiring element connected to the sensor element. The sensor element is located above the pixel array and the wiring element is located above at least a portion of the integrated driving circuit.

The display panel includes at least a plurality of pixel units, and the pixel units are arranged along a primary direction. The sensing element is disposed on the pixel units and includes at least a plurality of sensor units. Each of the sensor units includes a mesh-pattern electrode, and the mesh-pattern electrode includes a plurality of first traces having conductivity. At least one of the first traces is substantially extended along a first direction, wherein a first angle is formed between the first direction and the primary direction, and the first angle is an acute angle.

摘要: The present invention relates to a capacitive touch panel. In one embodiment, the capacitive touch panel includes a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of sensing electrodes spatially arranged in a matrix, and a driver electrically coupled to the touch sensor matrix and configured to generate a driving signal to synchronically drive one or more driving electrodes and the sensing electrodes, such that at least one sensing electrode is not driven by the driving signal. The remaining driving electrodes are grounded. The not-driven sensing electrodes sense and transmit a sensing signal of a touch.

摘要: A touch sensing display panel includes an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate, a display medium layer, a plurality of inner and outer electrode series. The opposite substrate is disposed over the active device array substrate and the display medium layer is disposed between the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate. The inner electrode series are disposed on the opposite substrate and extend along a first direction, wherein each inner electrode series includes inner ring electrodes electrically connected to each other. The outer electrode series are disposed on the opposite substrate and extend along a second direction, wherein each outer electrode series includes outer ring electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each inner ring electrodes is respectively surrounded by one of the outer ring electrodes, and the first direction is substantially perpendicular to the second direction. The present invention also provides a touch sensing substrate.
