摘要: A mechanical system for adhering various types of exercise equipment to a smooth floor surface, the system having lockable suction cups that are attached to a first planar portion of the exercise equipment to adhere the exercise equipment to the smooth floor surface when the exercise equipment is in an operational position. Additional lockable suction cups can be attached to a second planar portion of the exercise equipment to adhere the exercise equipment to the smooth floor surface when the exercise equipment is in a storage position. The lockable suction cups support at least a portion of the exercise equipment in the operational or storage positions.

摘要: A user weight resisted rowing exercise simulation machine with a movable user support pivotally connected to a forward portion of a stationary horizontal base frame and a slidable seat and rigid feet support mounted to the movable user support frame and a pulling handle operatively connected to the movable user support frame such that moving the pulling handle towards the rearward portion of the machine causes the rearward portion of the user support frame to pivot upward and moving the pulling handle away from the rearward portion of the machine causes the rearward portion of the movable user support to pivot downward and the force required to move the pulling handle towards the rearward portion of the machine is reduced and controlled by the operative connection of the pulling handle to the user support frame.

摘要: Improved exercise machines having a movable user engagement member and a user support movably mounted on a movable slide support surface and a slidable wedge concurrently engaging the movable slide support surface and a stationary slide support surface and an operative linkage system connecting the user engagement and the slidable wedge such that movement of the user engagement causes the slidable wedge to engage the slide support surfaces changing the distance between at least a portion of the slide support surfaces and thereby creating a multi-dimensional articulating movement of the user support during an exercise motion.

摘要: An upper and lower body reciprocating arcing motion exercise machine with an adjustable angle user support frame, left and right lower body user support assemblies having foot platforms and shin support pads mounted on an arcing track for movement along rearward and central portions of the user support frame, and left and right upper body user supports having gripping handles mounted on pivotable levers that move in an arcing motion relative to a forward and central portion of the movable user support frame. A linkage assembly operatively connects and synchronizes the exercise motions of the upper and lower body user support assemblies. In certain embodiments, an adjustable resistance mechanism is operatively engaged with the upper and lower body user supports for providing adjustable resistance to the exercise motion of the upper and lower body user supports.
