摘要: An apple peeler and corer is configured with a main body having a platform which is raised above a lower foundation for the main body. A crank handle drives a threaded rod toward a blade assembly for slicing an apple. A rocker arm carries a peeler blade and may be resiliently biased toward the blade assembly or locked in a position pivoted away from the blade assembly.
