摘要： A jackfruit knife has a blade with generally parallel sides connected at a rounded end. Serrations are present on opposite edges of the blade sides and the rounded end. The blade may be attached to a handle for manual operation, or to an oscillating tool. The motion provided by the oscillating tool reduces or prevents the blade from sticking while cutting into the jackfruit core.

摘要： The invention relates to a coconut opener, which comprises a barrel-shaped main body, a blade extending outward from the periphery of the main body and a connecting rod connecting the main body. The main body has an opening end and a tail hole, the diameter of the opening end is larger than the diameter of the tail hole; the blade is connected with the opening end; the connecting rod is installed on one side of the main body. The structure of the coconut opener mentioned above is simple. The coconut shell can be cut with the blade through tapping the main body. The cone part of the coconut can be pierced through the tail hole, and the main body with the cut coconut shell is pulled out from the coconut through the connecting rod, so as to realize the opening of the coconut with high efficiency, easy operation, and no scratch to the operator.

A carrier is slidably coupled with the frame arm and is further operably engaged with the drive screw such that the rotational movement thereof drives corresponding linear movement of the carrier along the frame arm. The carrier defines at least one cutting implement thereon.

摘要： A fruit and vegetable coring system comprises a cylinder exhibiting a cutting edge on one end and attachment to a handle at the other end. This cylindrical blade is used to make a cylindrical incision about the core of a fruit (or vegetable) and slice through the entire depth of the fruit (or vegetable). A planar blade(s) is made part of the interior of the cylinder in the proximity of the cylindrical blade for the purpose of shearing the fruit core and freeing it from the fruit upon rotation of the cylinder. The change in the inner diameter of the cylinder due to the interior taper of the cylinder associated with the blade is disclosed to be sufficient to compress the fruit core and thereby retain it in the cylinder for removal from the fruit.

摘要： A cutting device for spiral cutting a vegetable includes a mounting surface that engages the vegetable and is rotated using a motor, which causes rotation of the vegetable. The mounting surface may be moved toward a cutting surface using a lever arm that transmits only a portion of a manual force applied to the lever arm in a direction toward the mounting surface, facilitating precise movement of the mounting surface and a consistent size and shape of the resulting vegetable strands. Movement of the vegetable relative to the cutting surface may pass the vegetable through a slotted blade and a secondary blade. The spacing of cutters in the slotted blade determines the width of vegetable strands produced by the cutting apparatus, while the placement of the secondary blade determines the thickness of the strands. The position of the secondary blade may be adjustable to control the thickness.

摘要： An apparatus and methods for splitting apart a pomegranate fruit employ a pair of elongated splitting levers and a pivoting connecting mechanism, carried on the pair of elongated levers. Each one of the elongated levers has a penetrating end and a shape configured to enable the pair of elongated levers to be arranged in a substantially closed configuration in contact or contiguous lengthways with one another to form a penetrating structure to enable the elongated levers to be at least partially inserted into a pomegranate. The elongated splitting levers are hingedly connectable at the penetrating ends by the pivoting connecting mechanism which is configured to outwardly pivot the elongated splitting levers from the substantially closed configuration into a substantially open configuration in response to forcing the elongated splitting levers apart about a fulcrum.
