    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a wireless device may select random access channel occasions (ROs) based jointly on synchronization signal block (SSB) measurements and cross-link interference (CLI) measurements. The base station may configure the wireless device with a set of SSB occasions during which to measure SSBs and a set of interference measurement occasions on which to measure CLI caused by other wireless devices. The wireless device may perform measurements on the received SSBs to determine channel quality for communications with the base station, and CLI measurements during the interference measurement occasions to determine whether CLI exceeds a threshold. The wireless device may then select a beam and an associated RO (e.g., a full duplex RO or a half duplex RO) on which to transmit the random access message using the selected beam.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit signaling to a first network entity indicating a location of the UE and a measured reference signal receive power (RSRP). The UE may receive an indication of a time division duplex (TDD) configuration and a slot format indicator (SFI) for communications between the UE and the first network entity based on the RSRP or location. In some cases, the first network entity may receive signaling indicating a set of resource configurations from a second network entity. The first network entity may select a resource configuration (e.g., for communications with the UE) from the set based on a measured RSRP indicated by the UE or a location of the UE. The UE and the base station (e.g., the wireless device and the first network entity) may communicate according to the indicated or selected resource configurations.

A first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a set of UEs, an indication of a first semi-static traffic pattern between the first UE and a second UE. In some examples, the first semi-static traffic pattern may indicate a pattern for transmission or reception between the first UE and the second UE using a beam pair during a time period. The first UE may receive a response, from one or more UEs, indicating one or more semi-static traffic patterns for the time period. The first UE may then transmit, to a third UE of the one or more UEs, an indication of selection of a second semi-static traffic pattern for communication between the first UE and the third UE during the time period.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication includes receiving a first configuration for a first uplink (UL) transmission at a first time. The first configuration indicates a first transmission configuration indication (TCI) state and a first identifier (ID). A second configuration for a second UL transmission is received at a second time. The second configuration indicates a second TCI state and a second ID. The second UL transmission has a same priority or a same type as the first UL transmission. The first UL transmission is determined to be higher in a hierarchy than the second UL transmission based on a relationship between the first ID and the second ID. The first UL transmission is transmitted with the first TCI state based on the determined hierarchy. The second UL transmission is transmitted with the first TCI state or the second UL transmission is dropped based on the hierarchy.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of random access occasions for connected mode operation. The random access occasions may span subband full-duplex (SBFD) symbols (including uplink subbands and downlink or flexible subbands) and uplink symbols. In some cases, the random access occasions may include a first subset of random access occasions for the SBFD symbols and a second subset of random access occasions for the uplink symbols, the second subset also for initial access operation. The UE may transmit a random access message via the random access occasions based on being in a connected operating mode. If a downlink message is also scheduled via the random access occasions, the UE may use a prioritization rule to determine whether to use the set of random access occasions for downlink message reception or random access message transmission.
