    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a source base station associated with a source master cell group (MCG), a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition in one or more slots of the source MCG during a handover of the UE from the source MCG to a target MCG. The UE may perform, to a target base station associated with the target MCG, an uplink transmission in one or more slots to the target MCG during the handover, wherein PUSCH repetitions associated with the source MCG that overlap in time with the uplink transmission to MCG are canceled and a counting of the PUSCH repetitions is based at least in part on slots of the source MCG associated with canceled PUSCH repetitions.     Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a UE to apply power-efficient UCI multiplexing rules accounting for situations in which CCs of overlapping PUCCH and PUSCH are in different carrier groups during inter-band CA to result in improved transmission performance. The UE transmits UCI in a PUCCH in a first CC in response to the PUCCH overlapping in time with a PUSCH in a second CC and the first CC being associated with a different carrier group than the second CC. Alternatively, the UE transmits UCI in the PUSCH in the second CC in response to the PUCCH overlapping in time with the PUSCH and the first CC being associated with a same carrier group as the second CC. Furthermore, the UE may apply a diversity scheme for UCI transmissions to achieve improved reliability of UCI feedback. The UE may also indicate which carrier includes UCI based on different DMRS configurations.

The UE may select, for one or more codeblocks of a communication on the multi-slot transmission occasion, coded bits of a plurality of coded bits on a per slot basis for each of the multiple slots, wherein start locations for bit selection for each of the multiple slots are determined independently from one another. The UE may interleave the coded bits to form one or more interleaved encoded bit sequences of the one or more codeblocks.     Abstract: Aspects relate to wireless communication having sounding reference signal (SRS) power control using non-scheduling downlink control information (DCI) that is configured to trigger aperiodic SRS without scheduling data and without a channel state information (CSI) request. The non-scheduling is configured to include at least two transmit power control (TPC) commands. A first TPC command is configured for power control of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitted by a UE to a base station. A second TPC command is configured for power control of one or more sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets. Additionally, the first TPC command may be independent from the second TPC command where different power control is implemented for the PUSCH and the SRS transmissions. Additionally, the non-scheduling DCI may be formatted according to a DCI format 0_1 or a DCI format 0_2.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may select an uplink transmission power sharing configuration to use for transmission of one or more uplink messages. The uplink transmission power sharing configuration may be based on a first uplink transmission power capability of a first radio frequency (RF) chain of the UE and on a second uplink transmission power capability of a second RF chain of the UE. The UE may transmit the one or more uplink messages to a network entity in accordance with the uplink transmission power sharing configuration. Specifically, the UE may transmit the one or more uplink messages via the first RF chain using a first transmission power, and may transmit the one or more uplink messages via the second RF chain using a second transmission power that is different from the first transmission power.
