摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The techniques described herein support dynamically indicating uplink control channel repetition multiple different types of uplink signaling. A user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling indicating a first repetition factor for transmission of a feedback message associated with a beam or transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state. The UE may receive second control signaling scheduling transmission of a control message associated with the beam or TCI state. The UE may transmit, in accordance with a second repetition factor, the control message based at least in part on both the feedback message and the control message being associated with the beam. In some cases, the second repetition factor may be configured with the second control signaling.

摘要: A scheduled entity measures a power level of a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) prior to blind decoding a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidate associated with the DMRS. The scheduled entity performs blind decoding of the PDCCH candidate if the power level is above a predetermined threshold or foregoes blind decoding if the power level is below the predetermined threshold. A scheduling entity transmits a blind decoding configuration setting to the scheduled entity. The scheduling entity enables, via the blind decoding configuration setting, measurement, at the scheduled entity, of power levels of a plurality of DMRSs prior to blind decoding a plurality of respective PDCCH candidates associated with the plurality of DMRSs. Only PDCCH candidates associated with DMRSs having power levels that are above the predetermined threshold are blind decoded. A predetermined number of PDCCH candidates are scheduled for blind decoding. Blind decoding stops when the predetermined number is reached.

In one aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, a remaining minimum system information (RMSI) physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) that includes downlink control information (DCI). The DCI indicates a configuration of resources associated with RMSI repetition or RMSI slot aggregation. The method further includes monitoring for one or more RMSI messages based on the configuration of resources. The monitoring includes monitoring for multiple repetitions of an RMSI message based on the configuration of resources being associated with RMSI repetition and monitoring for a single RMSI message that is divided across multiple slots based on the configuration of resources being associated with RMSI slot aggregation. Other aspects are also claimed and described.

In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, to a network node, a first physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission and one or more repetitions of the first PRACH transmission using a plurality of beams, receiving, from the network node, a response to the first PRACH transmission comprising an indication of a selected beam of the plurality of beams, determining the selected beam based on the indication of the selected beam and based on transmission of the first PRACH transmission and one or more repetitions of the first PRACH transmission using the plurality of beams, and transmitting one or more message three (Msg3) transmissions to the network node using the selected beam.
